Digital Delivery Policy

Digital video, content or event orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours upon successful completion of payment depending on the purchaser’s Internet connectivity. You will either receive an email with links to access the product, be taken directly to a web page to access the product or both. If you have not received your product, please contact us at info@lcatllc.com or call 860-785-9935. Be sure to include your name and order number on your email receipt. We will make every effort to contact you about your order if we experience an issue with your payment. 

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product, content, video or event purchased on this website you may request a return within 30 days of receiving product or event date for a full refund. For requests for refunds or exchanges, please contact us at info@lcatllc.com or call 860-785-9935 with your order number, name and the reason for the refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the card that was used on your order. This guarantee and refund policy applies only to products purchased from this web site, lifecoachingandtherapy.com.  If you purchased a product on Amazon, Etsy or any other reseller site, please contact that reseller directly with return or refund related inquiries or requests.

Cancellations and Alterations
